I don't think you will get that level of precision from a 555 circuit. It will drift more than that.

You could do this with a crystal oscillator and frequency divider circuit, but it will be more complicated and expensive than the 555 method.

Chooperdave, its just standalone, its to help me conduct timing in a game which measures all of its actions in integer multiples of 0.6s.

Anyway, forget about that device. I just memorised the timing so I won't need it anymore.

In other news: I just made a tool rack. Nice rack! Made it cause my dad never puts tools back where they belong after using them, so whenever I wish to build something myself, 75% of my time spent 'building' is actually 'searching around for that tool and being angry'. This is to combat this problem. Pictures to come later.

Using profanity here isn't warranted. There are people that prefer to go places where that kind of language is not used.
